The outer wall of EPP particles is closed and the interior is filled with gas. Generally, the solid phase composition only accounts for 2%~10% of the total weight, and the rest is gas. The foaming material has the following characteristics:
The specific gravity is light, and the density is generally 17~100 kg/m3. Customers can choose pre foaming materials with different densities according to the needs of different molded products;
It has strong temperature resistance, usually can withstand - 40 ℃~110 ℃, and can withstand even greater temperature range in a short time;
The cushion performance is good, even if the cushion is not thick, it can also play a good buffer role;
Compared with other foam materials, EPP is a pure hydrocarbon and does not contain plasticizer or foaming agent and any other chemical substances that are not conducive to recycling, so it can be digested after heating, and only water and carbon dioxide are left after combustion. In addition, when EPP is combined with other polypropylene such as PP film, injection molding framework, TPO fabric, etc., the so-called "material integration system" can also be realized, that is, the system does not need to be decomposed when it is recycled.
