Manufacturing method of EPS foam mold
EPS plastic foam, a kind of polystyrene foam, is widely used in packaging, heat preservation, heat insulation, shock absorption and other fields due to its light weight, firmness, shock absorption, low moisture absorption, easy molding, good water resistance, heat insulation, low price, etc. It is one of the widely used plastics today. The molding of plastic foam is completed by using a mold. The existing EPS plastic foam molding mold is basically composed of an upper concave mold and a lower punch. The required plastic foam is processed through mold cavities of different shapes formed by the upper mold and the lower mold.
